Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: From the Date the Service Commences
1. No-Refund Policy
Once a customer purchases, approves, or engages Tecno IT Services for any digital marketing service and payment has been successfully received, the payment is non-refundable.
By purchasing our services, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- All payments made for digital marketing services are final and non-refundable once the service has been purchased or initiated.
- No refund will be issued simply because the customer changes their mind after purchasing the service.
- No refund will be provided due to dissatisfaction with campaign performance, rankings, traffic, leads, conversions, advertising results, or other outcomes, as digital marketing results can depend on numerous factors outside our control.
- Payments for work already completed, partially completed, or resources already allocated to a project cannot be refunded.

This policy applies to all digital marketing services provided by Tecno IT Services, including but not limited to:

- Local SEO
- Google Ads / PPC Management
- Social Media Marketing
- Social Media Management
- Content Marketing
- Website Optimization
- Keyword Research
- Online Reputation Management
- Lead Generation Services
- Digital Advertising
- Website and Marketing Consulting
- Other customized digital marketing services
3. Service Initiation
A service may be considered initiated when Tecno IT Services begins any work related to the customer’s project, including research, strategy development, account setup, campaign planning, content creation, optimization, analysis, reporting, or communication with third-party platforms.
Once work has commenced, the applicable payment remains non-refundable.
4. Customer Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an ongoing service by contacting Tecno IT Services in writing.
Cancellation of future services does not create an entitlement to a refund for payments that have already been made.
Where applicable, cancellation may take effect at the end of the current billing or service period, subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase.
5. Third-Party Advertising Costs
Where our services involve third-party advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other advertising platforms, advertising budgets paid to or spent through those platforms are separate from our service fees.
Once an advertising budget has been deposited, allocated, or spent through a third-party platform, Tecno IT Services cannot guarantee or provide a refund for those amounts. Any refund associated with third-party advertising platforms will be subject to the respective platform’s policies and procedures.
6. Results and Performance
Tecno IT Services uses professional strategies and reasonable efforts to deliver the agreed services. However, digital marketing results are not guaranteed.
Search engine rankings, website traffic, leads, sales, advertising performance, conversions, and other marketing outcomes may be affected by factors including:
- Search engine algorithm changes
- Competition
- Market conditions
- Advertising platform policies
- Customer website quality
- Customer pricing and offers
- Industry trends
- Target audience behavior
- Third-party platform changes
- Customer-provided information and resources
Therefore, failure to achieve a particular ranking, traffic level, number of leads, sales target, or return on investment does not qualify for a refund.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
Any exception to this Refund & Cancellation Policy will be considered solely at the discretion of Tecno IT Services and must be approved in writing by an authorized representative of the company.
Any exception granted in one case does not establish an obligation to provide the same exception in another case.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, customers are encouraged to contact Tecno IT Services so that the matter can be reviewed and addressed.
Unauthorized or unjustified chargebacks relating to services that have been purchased or delivered may be disputed by Tecno IT Services using relevant transaction records, service communications, agreements, invoices, and other supporting documentation.
9. Agreement to This Policy
By purchasing or engaging Tecno IT Services for digital marketing services, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
